Many readers of the blog would like to comment on what is going on "over the border." I've been meaning to post on this for a while and apologize for taking so long!
Here it goes...
1. Click on "COMMENT" at the end of the post.
2. Type your comment in the box
3. Next you have to select an identity. Choose "NAME/URL"
4. Type your name in the box
5. Publish your comment
